Good evening

The card that I have to share with you now I have made using a decoupage topper from Kraftyhands Sunshine and Smiles cd.

I love decoupage but sometimes I get annoyed as its impossible to cut out some parts but this decoupage is lovely to cut out.

I have simply added ribbon and gems to the decoupage topper.
